New Venue: The Gallery at Crooked Key Farm
John and Elizabeth Sidoli moved to 7881 County Route 14 (venue #12) in 1990. Both John and Elizabeth are teachers and involved in the arts so it wasn’t long before they discovered Treadwell Stagecoach Run Art Festival. Neighbors and friends invited John to participate. John showed his art for 3 years from 2003 to 2005 in his home studio, a renovated living space inside the 1840’s Greek revival farmhouse. John took some time off from painting and showing his art to continue with the renovation of the farmhouse and to design and build the Gallery/studio/gym that is now situated next to the original Farmhouse. The foundation was poured and construction began in the summer of 2013. For the 2017 Treadwell Stagecoach Art Festival, John Sidoli will be joined by 5 artists including Cheryl Lins, Dee Singer, Amy Silberkleit, Amy Cannon and John Ladlee, who partnered with John in the enormous work of building and completing the structure. In addition to participating in the art show, the Sidolis will host on Saturday, July 1, an after show informal open house/gathering at the gallery with live music continuing throughout. Classical guitar and live Jazz will be featured. Refreshments will be served.
